There are pieces of kit that need no introduction.
The CR-78 is one of them.

An analogue drum machine from the late 1970s that embodies exactly what people are looking for today: character, depth and a sound that cannot be replicated by a plug-in. This is not a ‘retro gadget’ – it is a tool with a language of its own.

This unit is in very good visual and technical condition.
Everything works as it should; it’s ready to use straight away once connected.

full functionality (programming, patterns, tempo, etc.)

The unit is fully operational and in very good visual condition. The wooden cabinet might need a bit of touch-up, but not necessarily.

This isn’t the sort of equipment that’s ‘always available somewhere’.
The CR-78 turns up only occasionally — and usually disappears quickly, especially in this condition.

If someone is specifically looking for this model, they know you don’t buy it ‘someday’, but only when it becomes available.

The price is set fairly in line with the market – I’m not looking for a bidding war, just a straightforward transaction.
